ABOUT ME

My name is Jalen Haack. I am a 28-year-old entrepreneur whose main focus is to leave a positive impact serving everyone and everything I am involved with using my skills, abilities, and talents. I currently reside in Arizona but was originally born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Growing up, I always sought direction in every endeavor I encountered. As I went through life and matured, I stumbled upon my first mentor, who changed my life. I realized I was the one who was accountable for where I was in life, and although people were willing to help, no one was coming to "save me".

This ultimately led me to personal development, striving to become the best version of myself in every area of my life. I started taking my life more seriously, working out consistently, having the right nutrition, getting into reading, listening to podcast/motivating audio, surrounding myself with an environment of like-minded people, and ultimately cultivating a growth-oriented mindset. This was very uncomfortable, but you can't grow without discomfort after delving into this new way of life and developing my skills.

I then understood that my purpose in life is to serve people using the knowledge and skills I have and am still developing. My passion is being of service to make a positive impact, whether that is for people, businesses, and everything else in between. I am skilled in three fields of work. Wellness/Fitness, which I've been studying and integrating for five-plus years, social media/marketing/Web Design, which I found I was fairly good at when I discovered dropshipping and did that for 6 months, and Information Technology (IT) skills. I have a knack for navigating technology easily and efficiently and learning very quickly when it comes to that field. I am also currently studying for my NASM personal training certification and multiple certifications in cybersecurity.

With all the knowledge and skills I've learned so far, serving people is at the forefront of my mind. I look forward to working with you. Stay Blessed!

Working Out

I take exercise and nutrition very seriously in my life. I find that moving, strengthening, and nutrifying my body on a daily basis makes me feel better, think better, and take action every day. It has also taught me that staying disciplined and consistent in any area of life will take you to heights you never thought you could reach.

Reading

Reading for me is a tool I use in my life to learn about and understand concepts and ideas that I can practically implement daily that will help me improve the quality of my life. Whether that be mentally, physically, spiritually, or learning about a skill that I'm looking to improve.

Meditation

There is so much that goes on in one's life every day and sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming. But with meditation on a daily basis, I've found that I have been able to stay more mindful, calm, and centered throughout life's events.

Content Creation

Creating content is the creative outlet I use to express the ideas and concepts I've learned throughout my life to help people see different perspectives on life to understand themselves more, encourage growth/change, and to overall improve the quality of ones life.
